Primary Responsibilities: * Determine needed resources, assist in cost/benefit analysis, establish overall project plans and ensure project success. * Assist users in prioritization process and the development of strategies and performance goals. * Develop detailed implementation planning. * Conduct analysis of alternatives, recommendations and data mapping. * Assist in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact finding. * Assimilate, integrate, interface technical knowledge with business/systems requirements. * Verify technical system specifications meet business requirements. * Involved in projects converting from non-strategic to strategic systems. * Projects involve more than one user area and more than one system. * These projects have a significant impact on department, division and SBU objectives. * Demonstrate leadership by coordinating the requirements, specifications, and design and testing efforts for small to large projects. * Possess skills to manage junior level and peer team members at sub-project level. * Provide work direction, sets and monitors goals and workflow. * Responsible for providing feedback on junior level and peers performance.
