Overview:
This position assists the Computer Support Analyst with daily IT support and other IT initiatives as assigned. The position is a part time internship during the school year (20+ hours/week) with the opportunity for full time summer hours. Hours are flexible around school schedule.

Essential Functions:

  • Query and report development and administration.
  • V3/Host list application audits
  • Monitoring and resolution of common data integrity errors.
  • Trouble-shooting daily questions from facility operations
  • Installing hardware/software applications
  • Special assignments as necessary, including preparation for application modifications and testing.

Skill / Experience Requirements:

  • Enrollment in a College/University program and completion of minimum two years of school, preferably in an Information Technology Management major. A business background would also be helpful.
  • Must maintain a 3.0 GPA
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Prefer experience using a report-writing or query-building software
  • Prefer experience using a database application such as MS Access
  • Prefer basic knowledge of simple SQL commands
